The ISU Transgender policy, based on the IOC Consensus Meeting on Sex Reassignment and Hyperandrogenism (2015)1, on data collected on Skaters, on discussions and exchanges between medical experts, sports physicians, as well as other International Federations, aims to define the conditions enabling Transgender Skaters to compete in ISU Events in the category of competition that is consistent with their gender identity.
Following the online voting by ISU Members in June 2021, the Constitution and General Regulations have been updated to reflect the accepted proposals and have been published on the ISU website
At its meeting on July 16, the Council decided to reorder the list of ISU Members, based on the alphabetical order of the country abbreviation, in order to establish a clear and consistent basis for the list.
