The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series started in 1997. It comprises seven events culminating with the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final. The Series features the next generation of up and coming young Figure Skaters aged 13 to 19 (21 for the male Ice Dance and Pair Skating partners) from Europe, North and South America, Asia, Oceania as well as Africa and provides them with the opportunity to compete at a high international level. A points system based on the ranking has been established to determine the qualifiers for the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final. Points are obtained according to the results in each of the seven events and only the top six Skaters / Couples in each discipline can qualify for the Final. The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating is financed by the ISU Development Program.

The wait is over! Don’t miss the action as the world’s best Figure Skaters take to the ice from this week in the pre-Olympic season ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating series 2024/25. All four reigning World Champions – Ilia Malinin (USA), Kaori Sakamoto (JPN), Deanna Stellato-Dudek/Maxime Deschamps (CAN) and Madison Chock/Evan Bates (USA) – as well as Olympic and World medalists, and European Champions and medalists, will be among those skating for glory.
Skaters grab six last tickets for the Junior Final at ISU Junior Grand Prix Wuxi (CHN)
Five Single Skaters and one Ice Dance couple grabbed the last available tickets for the ISU Junior Final at the seventh and last event of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series 2024/25 in Wuxi (CHN). It was an exciting competition highlighted by spectacular performances and emotions. Winners Ami Nakai (JPN), Rio Nakata (JPN) and Elliana Peal/Ethan Peal (USA) left China not only with the gold medal but with their spot in the Junior Final.
